The user is responsible for fuel for the van. The user is responsible for any damage to the van or trailer. The van and/or trailer shall be returned with a clean interior & exterior, and a full tank of fuel.
Non-members are requested to pay a refundable deposit of $100. Members are allowed to use the facilities free of charge.
All facility users are responsible for room setup, take down, and cleanup. Space used should be returned to the state that it was in before setup began. Do not move tables or chairs from another area without permission. Leave the kitchen and its equipment clean and in place as it was found. Dishes, utensils, and glassware should be cleaned and returned to the appropriate storage locations. All tables, chairs, and spills should be completely cleaned before departing. Vacuum area after use. Any trash should be bagged, tied, and placed in the outside trash bin. The facility must be inspected following use for cleanliness and damage in order for the deposit (if required) to be refunded.
If you do not want to clean afterwards, Prairie Family Church will provide custodian services for you. The fee for Non-members is $100; the fee for Members is $50.
Children under age 13 must be supervised at all times and remain in the designated scheduled areas while on church grounds or in the building. All parties using the facilities must confine themselves to reserved areas and equipment.
No alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, illegal drugs or course language are permitted in church building or on church grounds.
If a key was checked out, it should be returned to the church office as soon as possible. If your event is changed or canceled please notify the church office immediately.
